The Manual Of Style is a manual that users must follow in creating and editing articles. These are non-negotiable rules that all users must edit by.

Creating Articles

When creating pages remember: it must be directly related to a specific official Coca-Cola product. It cannot be anything else.

Example 1

Let's say that someone creates an article about an official Coca-Cola drink: that is acceptable. Now let's say someone creates an article about their idea of a drink The Coca-Cola Company should make. This is not acceptable because it is not about an official Coca-Cola product. Avoid making these pages.

Example 2

Let's say that someone creates an article about a personal experience they had with Coca-Cola. This is not acceptable. Since it is basically considered fanon, and this Wikia is not for fanon. This type of article should be put into a blog post instead of an article. It may also be posted as a Forum post under the correct board.

Example 3

Let's say someone creates an article about Coca-Cola merchandise they own or are willing to buy. This is not acceptable because it is not about a Coca-Cola product in the way we need. Those articles are about owning Coca-Cola products. These articles should instead be posted as a Forum post under the Coke Stuff board.

Editing Articles

When editing pages remember: your edits must help contribute to the page. Not take away. Also when contributing you must remember that it must help make the page gain more knowledge, not just nonsensicle gibberish or spam. One more thing to remember is that you need to only provide facts not opinions.

Example 1

Let's say that someone edits a page and takes away some content from it for no reason. This is not acceptable because it isn't contributing to the page if you're taking away from it, unless it needs the content taken away. But this should only be done if the content is not correct.

Example 2

Let's say someone edits a page and adds random spam or gibberish such as "sdvdgsdgfsFaopsgkoasf". This is not acceptable because it is just adding spam and nonsense into pages, making the page more disorganised and messy. Also it's really annoying to the people that worked hard to construct those pages.

Example 3

Let's say someone edits the Coca-Cola page and they add content like "Coca-Cola is the favorite soft drink of america". This is not a fact. This is an opinion. And this is not acceptable. Only clear hard facts must be added, not opinions.
